Blair chose Dan over Chuck
Blair could have picked either one of them. Her deal with Georgina apparently freed her of her marriage and the dowry. And while yes, both Dan and Chuck wronged Blair in some way… she forgave both of them. And neither thing had any lasting impact.
Dan sent in the video, which inadvertently led to scumbag Louis trapping Blair. But, since her marriage is over now, that doesn’t really matter...

1x04: Dan finally sees Blair’s vulnerability and insecurity with her mom and Serena as “Moon River” plays in the background. The song was from Breakfast at Tiffany’s where a glamorous and superficial Audrey Hepburn and a poor writer fall in love.
